Monday 20th June 2016

Coombe Hill Meadows     From the Wainlode end this afternoon two Shelducks, seven Teal, a Curlew flew over and a Water Rail calling from the short pool. A pair of Mute Swans with two cygnets in the ditch about halfway along the canal, two Reed Warblers singing at the Long Pool and three Redstarts towards the W end of the canal and 20+ singing male Reed Buntings. Also a Roe Deer. (Andy Jayne).

Tirley     A male Yellow Wagtail today. (Mark Grieve).

Bisley     Five Yellowhammers, a Red Kite, six Skylarks, eight Swallows and five House Martins today. (John Fletcher).
