Eastleach Martin     Two QUAIL calling close to the road on Locombe Hill N of Eastleach Martin in a wheat field early morning. Both seen in flight occasionally. Also 1+ Corn Bunting and a Red Kite. (MK).

WWT Slimbridge     A very ragged female MARSH HARRIER flew past Mid Point over the Turkey Oaks towards the 100-Acre at noon. Also an adult Yellow-legged Gull on the Dumbles edge at high tide. A Common Sandpiper and 10+ Avocets at the river’s edge, a Green Sandpiper from Robbie Garnett hide and two Little Egrets from Martin Smith hide (pic by Mike). Ashleworth Ham     A Grasshopper Warbler still reeling this evening at 10pm. (Mark Hobson).

Walmore Common    This evening a juvenile Wheatear and a Redstart. (Andy Jayne).

Northleach    Several pairs of Lapwings just outside of Northleach and three Red Kites. Also a Sparrowhawk being mobbed by House Martins near Farmington. (Ben Hilder).
