Eastleach Martin     Four QUAILS calling persistently along Locombe Hill N of Eastleach Martin from 8:45am till 10:45am spaced at 50m intervals from the gateways N along the road favouring the wildlife fringe. Also a Hobby chasing Linnets, a Buzzard and a pair of Corn Buntings plus another singing. (Steve Brown).

Tirley Sandpits     Two Blackcaps, 8+ Skylarks, 10+ Chiffchaffs, six Stock Doves, a Green Woodpecker, seven Whitethroats, two Great Spotted Woodpeckers, 36+ Swallows, eight Swifts, a Hobby, 23+ House Martins, two Yellow Wagtails, a Redstart still, four Ravens, a Grey Heron, a Lesser Whitethroat and two Willow Warblers today. Also a female Sparrowhawk over the cottage. (Mark Grieve).
