Forest of Dean     At Crabtree Hill a Nightjar churring and flight calls heard from 8:50pm to 9:15pm after dark.  Also a few Wild Boars heard, two Pipistrelles and a larger bat species and a Common Toad.  Earlier at Woorgreens a Little Grebe and two Ravens at the car park. (Steve Brown).

Symonds Yat    The resident Peregrine pair with their juvenile male, a pair of Buzzards with a juvenile, a juvenile female Sparrowhawk, Ravens, Stock Doves, a Jay, five Goosanders, three Mandarins (2f, 1m), Swallows and House Martins. Also a Fallow Deer with a fawn, a Speckled Wood and a Painted Lady. (Chris & Phil Andrews).

Berkeley shore     Four Greenshanks, a juvenile Black-tailed Godwit, eight Common Sandpipers, a Peregrine and a Wheatear today. (Paul Taylor). A Hobby flying through the allotments at Brookend, near Berkeley with Swallows in pursuit today. (Jeff Kirby).

Coombe Hill Meadows     Two Mute Swans, 14 Greylags, 30 Canada Geese, 33 Teal, 78 Mallards, a Shoveler, four Little Egrets, three Grey Herons, 2+ Buzzards, five Coots, 60 Lapwings, a juvenile Ruff, nine Snipe, four Green Sandpipers, a Kingfisher, 20 Swallows, three juvenile Pied Wagtails, a Whitethroat, at least one Willow Warbler, ten Chiffchaffs and five Bullfinches today. (Adrienne Sanders/Juliet Bailey/Les Brown/Mike Smart).

Nailsworth     1900+ Wood Pigeons flying N between 2:30-4:20 pm, a Hobby flying S and 45+ House Martins and 30+ Swallows. (Terry Grant).

Frampton     At Court lake mid afternoon six Goldcrests (5 juvs), four Common Terns, two Kingfishers, three Willow Warblers, a Great Spotted Woodpecker, four Great Crested Grebes, a Buzzard and three Cormorants. (John Fletcher).
