Hempsted     At Netheridge Farm a Whinchat, eight Whitethroats, 16 Chiffchaffs, two Willow Warblers and Blackcaps. (Mark Hobson).

WWT Slimbridge     On South Lake a juvenile Spotted Redshank, 35 Redshanks, 154 Black-tailed Godwits, four Ruff, a Greenshank briefly and a Green Sandpiper. (Slimbridge Sightings).

Sharpness     Five Common Sandpipers, three Yellow Wagtails, three Ravens, two Lesser Whitethroats, six Whitethroats, a Dunlin, a Green Woodpecker and a Cetti’s Warbler. In the Sharpness area a Goshawk flew inland first thing, a Tree Pipit flew N, a Whinchat by Berkeley pill and four Ringed Plovers and five Wheatears. (Andy Jordan).
