Sharpness     A GUILLEMOT floated up on the tide past SARA at 8:25am. (Ian Ralphs).

WWT Slimbridge     A SPOONBILL flew over the car park at 9:15am. On South Lake 200+ Lapwings, a Chiffchaff, two Swallows, a Pochard, a Little Grebe, a Curlew Sandpiper, 17+ Redshanks, 100+ Black-tailed Godwits, three Ruff and eight Cormorants. From Zeiss Hide/South Finger, a Cetti’s Warbler, 700+ Teal, a Little Egret, 79+ Shelducks, two Redshanks, three Ruff, a Greenshank, 51 Wigeon, 18+ Swallows S, 25+ Golden Plovers, a Curlew heard, a Peregrine, three Blackcaps and a Grey Heron. From Holden Tower/Summer Walkway a singing Chiffchaff, 290+ Teal, 17 Common Cranes, six Reed Buntings, 54+ Meadow Pipits, a Golden Plover over, two Wheatears, 11+ Swallows and 76+ House Martins downriver, two Little Egrets, four Skylarks over and a Grey Heron. (Mark Grieve).
