Sharpness      15 Crossbills flew over low going E this morning. Also one on 3rd October. (Andy Jordan).

Woodmancote     c50 House Martins congregating high over Woodmancote at 5:45pm this evening. (John Widgery).

Tirley Sandpits     Ten Meadow Pipits, 40+ Skylarks, a Raven, seven Stock Doves, a Mistle Thrush and a Green Woodpecker. (Mark Grieve).

Forest of Dean    This morning in the Kensley Lodge, Drybrook Road Station, Crabtree Hill and Woorgreens area 100+ Redwings, a Swallow, four Meadow Pipits, two Stonechats, 23 Coots and five Little Grebes. (Frank Williams).

Robinswood Hill CP     Six Redwings at SO838150 today. (Ian Elphick).

Frampton pools     This evening two Green Sandpipers, 93 Tufted Ducks, 12 Great Crested Grebes, six Teal, a Chiffchaff, eight Goldcrests, six Treecreepers, seven Tawny Owls and a Little Owl. (Nick Goatman).

Ashleworth Ham     From the hide at Meerend Thicket this afternoon birds included 42 Teal, a Little Egret, three Grey Herons, three Wigeon, two Ravens, a Great Spotted Woodpecker, a Nuthatch and two Snipe. (John Fletcher).
