Frampton     This morning at 250+ Sand Martins over the Sailing Lake at 8:30am, some drifting away high to the NE. Also 16+ Blackcaps singing in and around the Blue Pool area. (Roy Bircher). A near summer plumaged Spotted Redshank on Splatt flashes

Coombe Hill Meadows     Three Redshanks, six Curlews, five Sedge Warblers along the canal bank, a pair of Sparrowhawks displaying and a singing Lesser Whitethroat. (Ian Hull).

Ashleworth Ham     This afternoon a singing Redstart and at Stank Lane a Lesser Whitethroat. (Ian Hull).

Painswick Beacon     Passage over the Beacon today included four Common Gulls, 11 Meadow Pipits, two Swallows and at 8:25am a Hawfinch E. (John Fleming).

Sheepscombe     Along the Painswick stream a Goldcrest, three Nuthatches, four Coal Tits, three Buzzards, two Green Woodpeckers and three Long-tailed Tits. (John Fletcher).

Forest of Dean     At Nagshead a Firecrest singing at 5:15pm. (John Edwards).

Saul Warth     This morning a Mediterranean Gull, a Yellow Wagtail, two Wheatears, two Willow Warblers, a Common Sandpiper and a Whimbrel heard. (Francis Steuck/Gordon Hodgson).

Aylburton Warth     Two Whitethroats, 19 White Wagtails, two Yellow Wagtails, four Wheatears, a Little Ringed Plover, three Golden Plovers, two Ringed Plovers and two Sand Martins today. (Lewis Thomson).

Symonds Yat     From Yat Rock viewpoint the Peregrine pair, the male bringing in a kill, the female showing well later. Also six Buzzards, Nuthatches, three Canada Geese and two adult Wild Boars with 6-8 piglets from the SY Trail at 5pm. (Andy & Sue Gibbons). Also three Goshawk’s, a Sparrowhawk, two Swallows, a Sand Martin, Ravens, a pair of Stock Doves, a Marsh Tit, a pair of Mandarins, five Song Thrushes, three Blackcaps, four Chiffchaffs, a Green Woodpecker, two Pied Wagtails, Green Longhorn moths and two Fallow Deer.
