Cotswold Water Park East At Whelford Pools GWT reserve this afternoon on Pit 111 six Great Crested Grebes (3 juvs), five Red Crested Pochards (2 juvs), seven Gadwalls, six Tufted Ducks, a Kingfisher, 14 Coots, a Grey Heron, four Cormorants, three Mallards, two Common Terns, two Reed Warblers, a Willow Warbler singing, five Long-tailed Tits, a Goldfinch, two Reed Buntings and two Bullfinches heard. On Pit 111a four Red Crested Pochards, 28 Tufted Ducks (18 juvs), four Great Crested Grebes (2 juvs), six Coots, a Grey Heron and seven Cormorants. Two Egyptian Geese on Pit 126. (John Fletcher).
