Minchinhampton Common     Two Pied Wagtails, 19 Swallows low over the common with some grounded, six Chiffchaffs, four Common Gulls, two Jays, 15+ Goldfinches, a Goldcrest, a Green Woodpecker, a Bullfinch, three Willow Warblers, two Spotted Flycatcher, a Blackcap, two Marsh Tits and 40+ Starlings today. Coombe Hill Meadows     This morning 80+ Lapwings, two Buzzards, a Kingfisher, 40+ Linnets, 30+ Goldfinches, steady flow of Swallows 100+ followed by 20+ House Martins, 60+ Canada Geese, three Chiffchaffs, three Whinchats, a Bullfinch and a Great Spotted Woodpecker. (Les Waring).
