Frampton     On the Sailing Lake this morning a Green Sandpiper, 13 Little Egrets (1 Court Lake), 80+ Tufted Ducks, 12+ Teal, 40+ Coots (40+ Coots on Court Lake too), the adult Yellow-legged Gull, a female Grey Wagtail, a Little Grebe unusually by the Sailing Club and a Kingfisher on the garden pool adjacent to the Sailing Lake. Berkeley shore     Early morning two Turnstones, a Dunlin, a Common Sandpiper, four Wheatears, two Stonechats and a Whitethroat. (Paul Taylor).

Uley Bury     A Spotted Flycatcher today. (Katharine Goatman).

WWT Slimbridge     A BLACK TERN on South Lake, the Red-breasted Goose again with the feral Barnacle Goose flock, a Marsh Harrier, 10+ Little Stints and 5+ Curlew Sandpipers. (Slimbridge Sightings).

Kingswood     A pair of Little Owls still in barns behind Kingswood House today at 1:15pm. (Tom McCarthy).

Purton     c50 Swallows and 20 House Martins opposite the Berkeley Arms, a Kingfisher trying to fish in the river. Also saw a Salmon seen to roll a few metres from the bank. (Chris Newton).

Arlingham Warth     At 5:45pm a Curlew and two Wheatears SO71161242. (Tony Seabright).

Ashleworth Ham     A ringing session today caught 42 birds, including a juvenile Meadow Pipit, five Chiffchaffs, 13 Goldfinches and 12 Reed Buntings. (Mervyn Greening/Mike Smart/Barrie Mills).
