Frampton     From Splatt Bridge a Marsh Harrier, two Stonechats, a Snipe and a Kingfisher today. (Keith & Lyn Perkins). Also a Water Rail, three Little Egrets and six Cormorants. (MK). Pic by Mike.

Arlingham     A Barn Owl hunting at SO711124 this evening. Also in the Arlingham area today birds included c55 Fieldfares, four Great Black-backed Gulls, c90 Lapwings, a Little Egret and three Grey Herons. (Antony Seabright).

Highnam Woods     This afternoon birds included four Great Spotted Woodpeckers (2m, 2f), three Marsh Tits, 25 Long-tailed Tits, four Coal Tits, two Jays, two Nuthatches and two Buzzards. (John Fletcher). Pics by John.

Symonds Yat     From the viewpoint today the Peregrine pair, Buzzards, a male Sparrowhawk, two Grey Herons, two Marsh Tits, a Great Spotted Woodpecker, Jays, Long-tailed Tits, Ravens, two Little Grebes and a Treecreeper. Also a Bank Vole. (Chris & Phil Andrews). Pic by Phil.
