Frampton The Red-breasted Goose was with the Barnacle Goose flock on Court Lake early morning only. Also a drake Mandarin again and a pair of Oystercatchers. (Nick Goatman). In the NE corner three Treecreepers in the same tree, a Little Grebe, a Little Egret, 29 Teal and a Kingfisher. Also the roosting Tawny Owl in Court Field and this evening 22 Little Egrets roosted on the middle Island. This morning a pair of Mandarins flew over Watery Lane towards Court Lake. (MK). A Spotted Redshank was on the flashes N of Splatt Bridge this morning. (MK). Two Woodcocks this evening at the Perry Way end of Court Lake at SO758075. (Roy Widgery).
Highnam Woods The FIRECREST again at 1:21pm just N of the battery chicken area seen mainly in the Yews and Ivy. Also a Woodcock flew over. (Ken Heron).
