Frampton pools     Two GREAT WHITE EGRETS, a Yellow-legged Gull, a Grey Plover, eight Fieldfares, two Redwings, six Chiffchaffs, three Green Sandpipers, a Blackcap, two Lesser Redpolls, 80+ Starlings, ten Shovelers, 36 Gadwalls, 58 Teal, ten Jays and a Raven today. (Nick Goatman).

Sharpness-Berkeley Pill     A SHORT-EARED OWL at dawn, a Brambling and six Lesser Redpolls flew over and a Greenshank in the Pill and five Gadwalls. (Andy Jordan).

Hartpury     A Red Kite mobbed by corvids over the Orchard Centre today. (Steve French).

My name is Mike King and have lived all my life in Gloucestershire. I am happiest birding around Frampton but I especially love Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
