Cirencester     At Hailey Wood, Cirencester Park. feeding under beech trees at the Saw Mill (SO965016) this morning, 40+ Bramblings in a flock of 200 Chaffinches and at The Star (SO954009) 5+ Bramblings with Chaffinches. (Vic Polley).

Forest of Dean   50+ Bramblings at Old Staple-edge Wood near Upper Soudley, and a Dipper on Soudley Brook, S of Lower Soudley. (Louise Watson).

WWT Slimbridge     The adult Dark-bellied Brent Goose again from Holden Tower this morning and the JACK SNIPE from Martin Smith hide again with a Snipe. (Dave Paynter).

Stonehouse    Four Little Grebes on the canal between the railway line and Bonds Mill at SO795051. Also in the area a Grey Wagtail, three Cormorants and a Buzzard today. (Paul Sutton).

Longney     On the opposite sand bank at SO754120 an unringed Common Crane, three Grey Herons and a Great Spotted Woodpecker. At the old orchards at SO754137 69 Fieldfares, two Stock Doves, a Greenfinch, 12 Goldfinches, eight Chaffinches, a Great Spotted Woodpecker, two Buzzards and a Tawny Owl heard. (John Fletcher).
