Coates     Early this morning a LESSER SPOTTED WOODPECKER in flight close to the ride in Hailey Wood on the Bathurst Estate. On the road between Tarlton and Rodmarton a female Wheatear, a Grey Partridge with a brood of seven young and a Spotted Flycatcher near Lowesmoor Covert. (Michael Cook).

Nailsworth/Ruskin Mill Ponds     This evening 42 Swifts, a Green Woodpecker, a female Grey Wagtail, 15 Song Thrushes, four Chiffchaffs, a Blackcap, two drake Tufted Ducks, two Grey Herons and five Pipistrelles. (Jake King/John Fletcher).
