Cotswold Water Park West     A FIRECREST just S of Cerney Wick along the canal path.  It was at SU 08109565, which is just the Wilts side of the border. (Martine Fenn).

Forest of Dean     No sign of the shrike in 3 hours this morning in poor conditions. 70+ Siskins and a Snipe at Woorgreens. At Crabtree Hill another Snipe, 2+ Crossbills and a male Stonechat, a Muntjac in Crumpmeadow Inclosure (the wooded descent beyond Crabtree Hill). At Cannop ponds a Marsh Tit visiting the bird table, 12 Mandarins and a Little Grebe and a Cormorant at the Stoneworks. (MK).

Cheltenham     At Naunton Park a Tawny Owl hooting at 6:30am. (Steve Brown).

Frampton     From Splatt Bridge a Merlin at 12:44pm, a female Marsh Harrier, two Mistle Thrushes and 43 Shelducks. The Yellow-legged Gull back on the Sailing Lake. (John Fletcher/ Jake King).

WWT Slimbridge     Six Egyptian Geese and the Ruddy Shelduck on the Bottom New Piece this morning. (Ian Hull).
