WWT Slimbridge    The juvenile Wood Sandpiper still on South Lake today. Also the Spotted Redshank and four Little Ringed Plovers there and two GARGANEYS and two summer-plumaged Golden Plovers from Zeiss hide still. (Roberta Goodall).

Cleeve Hill     Late morning a family party of Whitethroats at Bill Smyllie reserve. Also a Clouded Yellow, 5/6 Chalkhill Blues, several Common Blues, a worn Dark Green Fritillary, several each of Small Tortoiseshell, Small Heath, Meadow Brown, Small Whites and a few Green Veined Whites.
