Coombe Hill Meadows     This morning three Green Sandpipers, a Little Ringed Plover, a Teal, a House Martin, six Sand Martins, Swifts, a Great White Egret, two Little Egrets and a Cuckoo heard. (Eric Harris). In the afternoon the Great White Egrets, nine Little Egrets, a Grey Heron, five Green Sandpipers, two Black-tailed Godwits, 29 Lapwings, two Oystercatchers, four Skylarks, a Reed Bunting, Reed and Sedge Warblers singing and a Kingfisher along the canal. Tewkesbury    At Severn Ham a Mute Swan with five cygnets, 30 Mallards on the Mill Avon, a Cormorant, a Cuckoo singing still, 5+ Swifts, 5+ Skylarks, 1 or 2 Sedge Warblers singing and up to ten Reed Buntings singing. 30+ House Martins over the town and two Peregrines on and around the Abbey, including a juvenile.
