Cheltenham     Tonight in Eldorado Crescent a Green Woodpecker and a Hummingbird Hawk moth. At the junction of Christchurch Road and Eldorado Road, male and female Tawny Owls calling to each other. (Keith White).

Guscar Rocks     At high tide this evening 300 Curlews, 29 rings read three headstarted birds from Slimbridge 2019, 25 from ringing sessions at Wibdon between 2010 and 2013 and one ringed in Herefordshire last year. Also four Bar-headed Geese, 25 Canada Geese, two Mallards, three Grey Herons, an Oystercatcher, a Common Sandpiper, three Whimbrels, 1+ Yellow Wagtail, 30+ Swallows and50 Carrion Crows.
