Northleach     A second hand report of a Rose-coloured Starling seen in a Northleach back garden, apparently photographed, but no further details. Possibly same as the Cirencester bird at the end of July. (per Jon Mercer).

WWT Slimbridge     A WOOD SANDPIPER, three Spotted Redshanks and three Greenshanks on the Rushy today. Seven Sanderlings and five Knot at Middle Point. Two SPOONBILLS and a Marsh Harrier from Zeiss hide. 582 Black-tailed Godwits and a Garganey on South Lake. (Dot Jones/Andy Jordan/Mark Hobson/Jeanne Vitkovskis).

Edge     At Rudge Hill NR this morning a Spotted Flycatcher and a male and female Redstart along the west side and four Roe deer. Six Swallows flew N. (Sam Walker). Mid afternoon three Spotted Flycatchers, a Willow Warbler, nine Long-tailed Tits, three Linnets and a Buzzard. (John Fletcher).

Ebworth     Along track to the Ebworth Centre, three Wheatears today. (Sam Walker).

Halmore     This morning in the fields a female Whinchat, a Whitethroat, a Buzzard, two hunting male Kestrels and two House Martins. (Chris Newton).

Frampton     Two Swifts flew S over Vicarage Lane at midday today. (Sue Spurr).

Nailsworth     At 6pm gull passage N along the A46 valley included 194 Common Gulls. Two House Martins and a Swift through earlier. (Jake King). 1800+ Common Gulls flying to roost on the Severn this evening, and a Hobby circling high overhead. (Terry Grant).

Stonehouse    A Little Egret at the Ocean and a second in the field near Bond’s Mill. A Red Kite, two Kestrels and a Buzzard around Eastington church. (Paul Sutton).
