WWT Slimbridge     A GUILLEMOT on the mud off of Middle Point from 8:45am until 2:40pm at least prior to the rising tide. Also a SPOONBILL off of Middle Point this morning. (Martin McGill). Two Whinchats and 1+ Redstarts on the Middle Point fence. (Roberta Goodall). A Turnstone in the Rushy early morning. (John Budd). Two Garganeys on South Lake on the causeway at 1:30pm. Two WOOD SANDPIPERS on the Rushy at 1pm and 2-3 Spotted Redshanks. (Andy Jordan). Nine Sanderlings, three Little Stints, seven Ringed Plovers and five Dunlins from Middle Point. Cotswold Water Park East    An OSPREY at 2:10pm over the lake with all the cladded houses next to Whelford Pools NR. (Jamie Warren).

Epney     The TURTLE DOVE at the Longney end of the village at 8:25am, present for 42 days now, but getting elusive. Please park sensibly by the entrance opposite the seawall or on the road without blocking access and not in the pub unless you are using it. Thank you. (MK).

Stinchcombe Hill     A Tree Pipit grounded, a Redstart, a Wheatear, three juvenile Whitethroats with several Blackcaps and Chiffchaffs and 150+ Linnets/Goldfinches with at least one Lesser Redpoll feeding on the golf course this morning. (James Robinson).

Cleeve Hill    Three Whinchats, six Stonechats, three Wheatears, a Redstart, three Whitethroats, c100 Swallows through and c80 Linnets. (Tom Mabbett). At Wontley Farm a male Redstart. (Duncan Dine).

Chavenage Lane area     Early morning three Whinchats. (Paul Rich).

Purton     This evening on the river 15 Curlews, 11 Dunlins, six Ringed Plovers, two Oystercatchers, four Little Egrets, four Grey Herons and a Kestrel. Also a Common Seal. (Neil Smart).

Halmore    This afternoon two families of Spotted Flycatchers, adults feeding young, in free-growing hedges E of Halmore Lane. Also a Clouded Yellow in a field of clover. (Chris Newton).

Frampton pools     A Common Tern, a Pochard, four Great White Egrets, eight Little Egrets, 147 Coots, 52 Moorhens, 45 Mute Swans, 19 Gadwalls, 13 Tufted Ducks, two Wigeon, nine Teal, 32 Mallards, three Shovelers, five Great Crested Grebes, 15 Little Grebes, two Green Sandpipers and 3+Reed Warblers today. (Nick Goatman).

Forest of Dean     At Popes Hill two late Swifts circling high and heading S at 4pm. (Harvey Sherwood). A Barn Owl showing well tonight, with a Little Owl near Ruardean. (Dominic Godfrey).

Barrow Wake     Two juvenile Kestrels, a Buzzard begging, a Green Woodpecker, two Redstarts, a Nuthatch and a Yellowhammer. (Steve Brown).

Ebworth Estate     Along the drive from the car park a Whinchat and a Redstart where the tarmac starts, on the first substantial drystone wall two Whinchats, two Wheatears and two Whitethroats. Around the estate two Green Woodpeckers, a Great Spotted Woodpecker, ten Lapwings, a Jay, another Redstart and c20 each of Swallows and House Martins. (Steve Brown).
