Boxwell     A WRYNECK at Boxwell off of the A46 at ST816918 until 7:30pm at least. Also 31 Corn Buntings sat on the telegraph wire overhead. (Michael Johnstone). Please note the track along the hedge/side of field is private. The landowners team were unhappy with birders who were down the track and in the field. Please watch only from the minor road. Coombe Hill Meadows     This morning around the carpark a Kingfisher and a Water Rail showing well. Other birds seen between car park and the Grundon hide included c30 Chiffchaffs, 50+ Swallows, four House Martins, a Reed Warbler, two Whitethroats, a Lesser Whitethroat, a Blackcap, three Yellow Wagtails over, c60 Goldfinches, four Greenfinches, a Bullfinch, three Ravens, a Jay, five Stock Doves, a Song Thrush, a Mistle Thrush, a Grey Wagtail, two Lapwings, a Teal and a Grey Heron. Breadstone     At least a dozen Spotted Flycatchers, mostly juveniles, still around this evening, also a Coal Tit and a Nuthatch. (Chris Newton).

Wotton-Under-Edge     At Cotswold Edge Golf Club a Red Kite, five Ravens and a Red-legged Partridge on the 17th tee today. (Mike Tranter).

Aylburton Warth     At high tide two Canada Geese, eight Teal, 12 Mallards, five Grey Herons, a Peregrine, a Kestrel, 30 Ringed Plovers; 25 Dunlins, a Ruff, a Black-tailed Godwit, a Bar-tailed Godwit, 460+ Curlews, a Greenshank, four Common Sandpipers, five Skylarks, 50 House Martins and 12 Swallows, four Yellow Wagtails and a Wheatear. WWT Slimbridge     From Zeiss hide two SPOONBILLS and a WOOD SANDPIPER today. (Ian Hull). At Middle Point two Whinchats on the cross fence this morning. (Tim Jukes). Four Spotted Redshanks on the Rushy, a juvenile and three adults, also a Garganey and a Little Stint and a Cattle Egret on South Lake. (Paul Masters/Duncan Dine/Tim Jukes).

Cam/Dursley     Two Dippers on the River Cam today between Budding Way and Church Road. (Mike Davis).

Haresfield Beacon     This morning a Whinchat, 7+ Spotted Flycatchers, a Redstart, a Lesser Whitethroat and many Blackcaps. (Richard Hearn).

Gloucester    Three Whinchats near Abbot’s Lodge, Sandhurst this evening. (Andy Jayne).
