Also today At least five Stonechats, a female Kestrel, eight Meadow Pipits, six Linnets, two Ravens, a Jay, 100+ Curlews, three Common Sandpipers, eight Grey Herons, two Cormorants and a Buzzard. The first Snipe of the winter today, a Kingfisher and a Grey Wagtail in Hock Ditch, 14 Swallows, 16 Goldfinches, two Chiffchaffs, five Little Egrets, a Bar-tailed Godwit and two Avocets. (MK). Frampton On Court Lake early afternoon, a Hobby, a Great White Egret, a Little Egret, a Kingfisher, two Cetti’s Warblers, seven Cormorants, a male Kestrel, two Chiffchaffs and a Jay. Also good numbers of Migrant Hawkers, Southern Hawkers and Common Darters. (Steve Pullen).

Berkeley Pill On the rising tide ten Wigeon, a Cormorant caught an eel and a flounder, a Goshawk flew over high to the E, 50 Dunlins, three Black-tailed Godwits, ten Redshanks, 60 Common Gulls and four Meadow Pipits. (Mike Smart).
