Saul Warth     At high tide four Pink-footed Geese flew N distantly, a Hobby, a Sparrowhawk, 36 Curlews, a Common Sandpiper, four Little Egrets, a Cattle Egret, 20+ Meadow Pipits, 12 Swallows, six Linnets, a Blackcap, a Chiffchaff, a pair of Grey Wagtails and a Red Admiral. (MK).

Cleeve Hill    A Goshawk sparred with a Red Kite, a Golden Plover, a Sparrowhawk, a Kestrel, eight Ravens, 31 Stonechats, c400 Linnets at West Down and a trickle of southbound Meadow Pipits totalling 190 by 1pm. (Andy Jayne).

WWT Slimbridge     c65 Grey Plovers from Middle Point this morning. (Richard Tyler). Also 200+ Dunlins, two Sanderlings, an Avocet and two Wheatears. (Mike Davis). Two Spotted Redshanks on the Rushy. (Jon Mercer). An unringed Common Crane from Van de Bovenkamp hide this afternoon. (Sam Walker).

Cotswold Water Park East    At Pit 132 this morning birds included two Greenshanks, a Snipe, a Green Sandpiper, a Great White Egret and the Spotted Redshank still. (Ken Cypher).

Awre    This morning three Wheatears, three Stonechats, a Whinchat, three Curlews, five Grey Herons, a Little Egret and 60 Canada Geese flew over. (David Smith).

Nailsworth     A male Merlin flew S down Nailsworth Valley at 2pm. Also a Large Ranunculus moth on the house earlier this week. (Terry Grant).
