WWT Slimbridge    At Middle Point before high tide, 542 Dunlins, a Turnstone, four Little Stints, two Curlew Sandpipers, two Sanderlings, 27 Grey Plovers, a Golden Plover, five Bar-tailed Godwits, 6+ Ringed Plovers, two Stonechats and a Wheatear. (Paul Masters/Nicola Benhamada/Slimbridge Sightings). Early morning two Redwings flew SE over the car park. An adult Mediterranean Gull on South Lake. From Zeiss hide three Spotted Redshanks, four Curlew Sandpipers, 18 Black-tailed Godwits, 40 Ruff, 23 Golden Plovers and five Avocets. (Slimbridge Sightings).

Painswick Beacon     This morning between 7:30am and 9:30am birds through included seven Crossbills, 40 House Martins, ten Swallows, 44 Meadow Pipits, 72 Redwings, nine Siskins, 43 Goldfinches, 45 Chaffinches and 38 Linnets. (John Fleming).

Purton     This evening a Marsh Harrier, ten Grey Plovers, 220 Swallows and seven House Martins heading upriver, two Stonechats and a Rock Pipit. (Francis Steuck).

Forest of Dean     At least six vocal Ravens high over Lydbrook at lunchtime. (Chris Sullivan).

Cleeve Hill     This afternoon 20 Stonechats including 13 in the Heather Inclosure and five at the Dew Pond, a Corn Bunting, two Wheatears and a Hornet. (Ian Ralphs).

Nailsworth     A return walk, via Tetbury Lane/Ledgemere Pond/Avening two Red Kites, 12 Buzzards, three Kestrels, eight Ravens, 24 Red-legged Partridges, 38 Pheasants, 14 Meadow Pipits and eight Chiffchaffs. A Little Grebe on Gatcombe Water. (Jake King).

Chavenage Lane area     9+ Stonechats, a Red Kite, two Kestrels and two Swallows flying S. (Terry Grant).

Stanley Downton     A male Kestrel, a dark Buzzard and Ravens calling. Also a Southern Hawker. (Paul Sutton).
