WWT Slimbridge     From Zeiss hide birds included a flock of c120 Barnacle Geese with a Snow Goose. From Robbie Garnett hide, three Curlew Sandpipers. On the Rushy, birds included four Snipe, an Avocet, c30 Black-Tailed Godwits, four Lapwings, c40 Teal and a Buzzard over. From Estuary Tower, a Green Sandpiper and a distant Peregrine on the mud. Frampton     On Court Lake at lunchtime two Spotted Redshanks, three Great White Egrets, two Green Sandpipers, two Grey Wagtails and a Kingfisher. (Nick Goatman). From Splatt Bridge today, eight Cattle Egrets, three Little Egrets, two Cetti’s Warblers and a Peregrine. Vis-mig 85 Meadow Pipits, 21 Alba Wagtails, a Grey Wagtail, a handful of finches and a Snipe all SW. Also a Fox. (Gordon Hodgson).

Elmore     At Elmore Court this afternoon a Red Kite, 14 Lapwings, a Snipe, a pair of Stonechats, 6+ Skylarks and 20+ Meadow Pipits. The scrapes created for the rewilding project are viewable from the public footpath along the the Broadmeadow Bank Ditch at  SO 78095 15819. (Paul Masters/MK).

Saul Warth     Late afternoon 130+ Curlews, 50+ Grey Plovers, 50+ Shelducks, five Grey Herons, five Linnets, a Grey Wagtail, a Meadow Pipit and a Swallow battling S into the wind. (MK).

Painswick Beacon     Birds today included 112 Meadow Pipits, 16 Swallows, 26 Common Gulls, four Redwings, 46 Chaffinches, 44 Linnets, 38 Goldfinches and four Siskins. (John Fleming).

Awre     Four Common Cranes flew over Awre at 7:30 this morning. (David Smith).

Avening     In the Star Lane area a party of five Stonechats, five Red Kites, 15+ Buzzards, 150+ Linnets, a mixed flock of 300+ Corvids  comprising  c220 Jackdaws, 60 Rooks and 20 Carrion Crows and 110+ Swallows flying S. (Terry Grant).

Leckhampton Hill     Two small groups of 13 and 15 Golden Plovers today. (Eric Harris).
