Awre     The RICHARD’S PIPIT still late afternoon feeding along paths and wheel marks through long grass in an area between the obvious lone bramble patch and reedbed at SO72060877, What3Words emporium.input.relieves. Park at the church and follow the footpath out to the shoreline. (Lewis Thomson).

Stroud     At lunchtime along the canal in central Stroud two Dippers, a Grey Wagtail, a Little Egret, a Kingfisher and two OTTERS. (Simon Ashley).

Stinchcombe Hill     Two Bramblings with at least 35 Chaffinches in trees around the clubhouse. Also a few Redwings and Meadow Pipits over. (James Robinson).

Frampton Mansell     c300 Golden Plovers high over the Jolly Nice Farm Shop at 12:40 this afternoon. (Michael Cook).

Bibury     A late Swallow feeding over fields off the B4225 just outside Bibury at 4:30pm. (Michael Cook).

Frampton     At the pools a flyover Hawfinch, a Great White Egret and a Yellow-legged Gull. A Swallow and 3+ Cattle Egrets from Splatt Bridge. (Andy Langley/Rob Crofton). On Court Lake a Spotted Redshank, two Green Sandpipers and two Great White Egrets. (Nick Goatman).

Coombe Hill Meadows    This afternoon a Red Kite, three Buzzards, two Green Woodpeckers, two Jays, two Linnets, six Goldfinches and two Grey Herons. (Paul Clark).

WWT Slimbridge    At Middle Point 100 Golden Plovers, 35 Grey Plovers, two Bar-tailed Godwits, 550+ Dunlin, c20 Ringed Plovers, 136 Curlews, a Kestrel and 20 Common Cranes on the Dumbles. (Tim Jukes). From Zeiss hide 298 Teal, eight Pintails, 16 Wigeon, three Avocets, 22 Ruff, five Snipe, a Little Grebe and a Marsh Harrier. On South Lake 66 Black-tailed Godwits, 73 Shovelers, 28 Tufted Ducks, three male Pochards and two Pintails. (Ian Hull). Also a Curlew Sandpiper, two Avocets and nine Knot there. (Dot Jones). Three Spotted Redshanks from Robbie Garnett hide and a Mediterranean Gull on South Lake. (Jonathan Bull).

Purton     Late afternoon along the banks of the Severn three Pink-footed Geese on the sand bank, landed briefly then flew off downstream. Also four Little Egrets, 19 Wigeon, a Common Sandpiper, 22 Mute Swans seen on the canal and two Cetti’s Warblers heard. (Neil Smart).

Saul Warth     From Hock Ditch 50+ Curlews, seven Little Egrets, two Grey Herons, three Stonechats and a Common Sandpiper. (Mike Davis).

Tewkesbury     Between Upper Lode and Lower Lode birds included a Cetti’s Warbler, five Gadwalls, two Shovelers, two Wigeon, 10+ Cormorants, a juvenile  Swallow, a Green Woodpecker, a Great Spotted Woodpecker and 20+ Chaffinches. A Red Kite over the marina. (Les Ditchburn).

Longney Crib     Two Common Cranes on the opposite bank in a field, 25 Curlews, 12 Lapwings, two Shelducks, two Dunlins, four Little Egrets, three Grey Herons, nine Mallards, a Buzzard, a Peregrine, a Kestrel, a Green Woodpecker and a Raven. (John Fletcher).
