WWT Slimbridge     The COLLARED PRATINCOLE remained faithful to South Lake for most of the day and showing well. (Slimbridge Sightings). Other sightings today included 19 Snipe from the Rushy hide, 12 White-fronted Geese from Zeiss hide and a Marsh Harrier and 40+ Goldfinches and 30+ Linnets from Martin Smith hide. Cleeve Hill     Thrushes everywhere c50 Fieldfares, c150 Redwings, Song and Mistle Thrushes and Blackbirds, over and grounded. Also Skylarks, Chaffinches, Goldfinches, Linnets, two Bullfinches, two Stonechats, a Kestrel, a Jay, a Buzzard and Red Kite. (Tom Mabbett).

Stinchcombe Hill     A FIRECREST with a tit flock and a few Goldcrests behind the 7th tee, ten Stonechats and a few large winter thrush flocks including a flock of c70 Fieldfares over. (James Robinson).

Gloucester     c50 Redwings by the River Severn at Sandhurst. (Tony Roberts).

Halmore     All five common tit species in the garden today, including the first Marsh Tit of the autumn. (Chris Newton).
