Chavenage Lane area     Two Red Kites, 110+ Chaffinches, 1000+ corvids in a flock, 75+ Redwings, 20+ Fieldfares, a Stonechat. At Barton End a skittish flock of 200+ Skylarks with an almost certain WOODLARK flying with them. Also a Red Kite at Bussage. (Terry Grant).

WWT Slimbridge    The first-winter drake SCAUP on the Rushy still ⁦this morning. (Paul Masters). A Great White Egret there at lunchtime. (Mike Davis). A Redwing today at 2:30pm in the car park. (Matty England).

Saul Warth     Early afternoon, waders very close 322+ Dunlins, nine Grey Plovers, eight Redshanks, six Curlews, a Little Egret, two Meadow Pipits, a Rock Pipit, two Grey Wagtails, 20+ Chaffinches, a pair of Stonechats, a male Reed Bunting and two Ravens. (MK).

Sandhurst     This afternoon a Water Rail, 80 Skylarks, three Chiffchaffs, a male Blackcap, a female Stonechat, 60 Meadow Pipits, three Lesser Redpolls and three Green Sandpipers on the Maisemore side of the Severn. (Andy Jayne).

Prestbury    At 11:02am a Woodcock flew below the escarpment just above Noverton Farm. (Ken Heron).

Dudbridge     This afternoon two Little Egrets over, two Goldcrests and three Blackcaps in an Ivy bush, eight Redwings, nine Blackbirds, a Great Tit singing, two Pied Wagtails and a Grey Wagtail. (Steve Pullen).

Lechlade     The first garden Blackcap (m) of the winter feeding off mahonia flowers this morning. Also a Bumblebee feeding on the nectar despite the temperature still around freezing. (Alan Williams).

Cheltenham    Two Lesser Redpolls with Goldfinches on the garden sunflower seed feeder this morning, also male and female Blackcap eating berries. (Rose Lennard). At Naunton Park, ten Redwings raiding Holly and Rowan in the garden and the regular Raven through at rooftop level. (Steve Brown).

Winchcombe     In the garden today, 8+ Goldfinches, two Chaffinches, two Redwings foraging for apples, a Lesser Redpoll on the feeder, and a Coal Tit. (Andrew & Gill Worthington).
