From Estuary Tower this morning, four Buzzards [visible at the same time], a Peregrine, three Stonechats, two Meadow Pipits, two Song Thrushes, three Redwings, at least 30 White-fronted Geese flew into the Tack Piece mid-morning and three Roe Deer by the Tack Piece far hedge. Gloucester The male BLACK REDSTART around the south side of the Cathedral again today. (Chris Snook). At Alney Island five Goldcrests, 12 Long-tailed Tits, a Treecreeper, a Bullfinch, a Green Woodpecker, a Great Spotted Woodpecker, two Buzzards, a Cetti’s Warbler heard, seven Fieldfares over and a few Redwings.
