WWT Slimbridge     A female HEN HARRIER flew the length of the Dumbles viewed from the Estuary Tower at 11:40am. Also a Peregrine, eight Common Cranes and c300 Canada Geese. The first-winter drake SCAUP on South Lake today and back on the Rushy at 4pm. (Tim Jukes). In the grounds a Lesser Redpoll feeding close to the path along the Central Matrix. (Dot Jones). A Stoat around the bridges and reedy bits in the centre of the grounds late afternoon. (Paul Sutton).

Cotswold Water Park West    48+ Goosanders on an unfrozen corner of Pit 41 today. (Jon Mercer).

Forest of Dean    Eight Lapwings over Cinderford at 10:40am. (Ed Drewitt).

Quedgeley    A female Mandarin and two Common Gulls on the frozen canal at Sellars Bridge this afternoon. Also 200+ Redwings and 40 Fieldfares in the bushes along the path to Rea Bridge. (Steve Pullen).
