WWT Slimbridge     A SPOONBILL on the Dumbles at 11:05am and then the Tack Piece until 1pm when it flew out onto the estuary. (Dot Jones/Craig Reed). The first-winter drake SCAUP still on South Lake, also a second-winter Mediterranean Gull and two female Goldeneyes. (Paul Masters/Andy Chapman). A Water Rail at Willow hide. (Steve Pullen).

Saul Warth     The SPOONBILL flew past Saul Warth at 1:20pm, turned over Awre and headed down the W bank towards Sharpness. Also this afternoon at low tide a Rock Pipit at Hock Cliff,  200+ Wigeon and 20+ Pintails flew S, a Buzzard, a Sparrowhawk, eight Fieldfares, a Mistle Thrush, three Meadow Pipits and a Moorhen in Hock Ditch. Frampton pools     A pair of Goldeneyes, 86 Tufted Ducks, 62 Gadwalls, 24 Teal, 12 Mallards, 214 Coots, 32 Moorhens, 80+ Redwings, six Fieldfares and 22 Little Egrets came in to roost. (Nick Goatman).

Forest of Dean     At Cannop Ponds 58 Mandarins, three Little Grebes, a Dipper, a Raven and singing Mistle Thrush. Two Grey Wagtails at the Stoneworks. Three Hawfinches at Parkend. (Ian Sherriffs).

Nailsworth     This afternoon at Ruskin Mill a Kingfisher and a Little Egret. (Vic Polley).

Coombe Hill Meadows     This morning at least 2000 Teal, 1000+ Wigeon, less than 100 each of Pintails and Shovelers, 100 Mallards, 20 Gadwalls, nine Tufted Ducks, a Shelduck, 30 Coots, 20 Lapwings, two Snipe, 200+ Canada Geese and 100 Greylags. (Mike Smart).

Gloucester     At Saintbridge Pond two Teal, 30 Mallard, a Moorhen, two Chiffchaffs, two Goldcrests, three Chaffinches, a Treecreeper and mixed flock of Long-tailed Tits, Blue Tits and Great Tits. (Paul Brunt). Birds seen this morning in Bittern Avenue, Abbeydale, by the entrance to The Clock Tower greenspace 6+ Redwings and a Goldfinch with them on the ground and 6+ Goldfinches in the trees above. (Lorraine Besent).

Prestbury     A Grey Wagtail in the garden most of the day and at 10:58am a Chiffchaff in the garden. (Ken Heron).
