Great Barrington    This afternoon from the bridle path between Great Barrington and Great Rissington at SP 1982 1566 five Grey Partridges. (Martine & Pete Fenn).

Foss Cross     A Grey Partridge near Foss Cross at SP 05937 09058 today. (Ken Hurcombe).

Forest of Dean     At Parkend by the cricket pitch three Hawfinches in large trees at the back of the green. Also a Chiffchaff. At New Fancy View a male Brambling by the entrance and from the viewpoint a Crossbill heard and three Goshawks seen. Also ten Siskins, four Bullfinches and a Hawfinch heard. At Cannop Pools by the feeders two Marsh Tits, a Great Spotted Woodpecker, four Coal Tits and 3+ Nuthatches and on the pools 14 Mandarins, a pair of Wigeon, two Little Grebes and two Ravens. At Parkend Church a Treecreeper, two Nuthatches, two Coal Tits and three Jays. (Stephen Curtis & Carol Rushton/Jonathan Bull). At Nagshead from Campbell Hide, 12 midday till 1pm, a male Hawfinch, three Nuthatches, plenty of Great Tits and Blue Tits, two Song Thrushes, Blackbirds and Chaffinches. (Chris Wayman).

Tewkesbury     A huge Starling murmuration immediately off junction 9 of the M5 late afternoon daily. It can be viewed from the new garden centre carpark and the roost is down in the trading estate opposite. (Jane Bailey/John Casswell).

Slimbridge     A female/juvenile Brambling in the trees opposite Lightenbrook Lane  with a decent sized Chaffinch flock. (Jeremy Squire).

WWT Slimbridge     The first-winter drake SCAUP on South Lake today. (Roberta Goodall).

Frampton pools     400+ flock of Fieldfares and Redwings, a pair of Goldeneyes, a Great White Egret, two Chiffchaffs, five Siskins, 85 Tufted Ducks, ten Gadwalls, three Teal, two Little Grebes, 11 Little Egrets, 28 Greylags, a Barnacle Goose, 36 Moorhens, 156 Coots, four Curlews over and a distant flock of 1000+ Lapwings, Golden Plovers and Dunlin. Cotswold Water Park East    168 Wigeon, 100+ Coots, 38 Cormorants, 28 Shovelers, 47 Gadwalls, four Teal, 30+ Tufted Ducks, three Goosanders, a Green Woodpecker, a Goldcrest, 15+ Goldfinches, a Chaffinch, a Redwing, seven Long-tailed Tits and a Red Kite at Pits 125-126 and Whelford this morning. Bourton-on-the-Water     At Bourton Pits an Oystercatcher back on territory. (Keith Jennings).

Andoversford    Four garden Bullfinches (3m, 1f) this morning. (Cottia Howard).

Cheltenham    Around Warden Hill/Leckhampton 26 species with highlights being a Raven, at least 5 male Bullfinches, a Blackcap and a Greenfinch. (Eric Harris). A Goldcrest heard above the River Chelt between Bayshill Road and Honeybourne Way. (Howard Taylor).

Rodborough     c70 Greenfinches pre-roosting in Chandos Road, up slope from Kitesnest Lane at 4:30pm. (Giles Diggle)
