Awre     The RICHARD’S PIPIT still at 8:10am feeding along tractor tracks at SO7207008733. (MK). Still present at 12:30pm. (Les Ditchburn/Paul Dunham). Also this morning 23 Bewick’s Swans,  c300 Fieldfares, two Curlews, two Lapwings, a male Reed Bunting and a Raven. (MK).

WWT Slimbridge     The WHITE-RUMPED SANDPIPER again today on South Lake and showing well at times until early afternoon at least. (Roy Kinchin). A second-calendar year CASPIAN GULL on South Lake this morning until 12:25pm when it flew towards the estuary. (Martin McGill).

Berkeley Pill     At high tide 160 Wigeon, 27 Redshanks, 30 Dunlins and five Snipe. Rock Pipits along Sharpness shoreline and a Mediterranean Gull flying down river. (Dave Emery). Also two JACK SNIPES. (Paul Rich).

Cotswolds     A Barn Owl hunting this evening. (Marc Freebrey).

Stroud     A Water Rail on Stroudwater Canal opposite Lodgemore Mill at lunchtime. Also a Grey Wagtail, three Goldcrests, Coal Tits and a Treecreeper. (Richard Williams/Simon Ashley).

Gloucester     At Saintbridge Pond today a Goldcrest bathing, a Water Rail and several Chiffchaffs. (John Elley).

Guscar Rocks/Aylburton Warth     This morning’s WeBS count at high tide four Canada Geese, 21 Shelducks, 55 Wigeon;, 17 Teal, four Oystercatchers, a Lapwing, 51 Dunlins, 228 Curlews, 29 Redshanks, 160 Common Gulls, 100 Black-headed Gulls, two Lesser Black-backed Gulls, three Skylarks singing, eight Meadow Pipits, two Pied Wagtails, 20 Redwings and ten Carrion Crows. (Mike Smart).
