WWT Slimbridge     The WHITE-RUMPED SANDPIPER back on South Lake today. Also 49 Avocets. A SPOONBILL around the grounds this afternoon until it left the Rushy at 5pm and headed over the canal and towards the A38. The first-winter drake SCAUP still on the Rushy. Saul Warth     At high tide a Mediterranean Gull, seven Oystercatchers, 75+ Curlews, 55+ Shelducks, a Peregrine, 3+ Chiffchaffs, a pair of Greenfinches and a Grey Wagtail at the Sewage Works. (MK).

Dudbridge     A female Goosander just past Dudbridge locks this afternoon. A drake Mandarin on Lodgemore mill pond. (Colin Greenfield).

Cotswold Water Park East    At Whelford Pool N.R. 15 Red Crested Pochards (10m, 5f), 28 Cormorants, three Goosanders (1m, 2f), a pair of Bullfinches, 15 Great Crested Grebes and an Egyptian Goose today. (Dot Jones).

Forest of Dean     A Red Kite low over Berry Hill at 1:11pm. (Kevin Jones).

Tetbury area     Nine Grey Herons in a field between Tetbury and Shipton Moyne at 8:15am. Flocks of c40-50 each of Fieldfares and Redwings near to Doughton. Also three drumming Great Spotted Woodpeckers and a singing Yellowhammer. (Dan Fletcher).

Lydney    On farmland E of Lydney 30+ Fieldfares, c6 Redwings, two Mistle Thrushes, two Song Thrushes, 11 Goldfinches, two Greenfinches, a Jay, a Great Spotted Woodpecker, 20 Pied Wagtails, two Meadow Pipits, two Buzzards, two Ravens, a singing Skylark and a Sparrowhawk. On the  23rd 20+ Siskins feeding on catkins. (Ant Dobbs).

Frampton pools     Two Oystercatchers, a Great White Egret, four Egyptian Geese, 91 Tufted Ducks, 25 Gadwalls, 14 Teal, six Great Crested Grebes, a Little Grebe, 20 Little Egrets, a Cetti’s Warbler, a Blackcap, 14 Fieldfares, 12 Redwings, nine Song Thrushes, eight Siskins and a pair of Tawny Owls calling. Elmore     At the Elmore Court Rewilding Project from the public footpath along Broadmeadow Bank Ditch birds today included four Green Sandpipers and a pair of Bullfinches. (Steve Pullen).

Chavenage Lane      17 Stonechats (12m, 5f) today in groups of 11 and six. Also six Red Kites around a dead Pheasant. (Terry Grant).
