Awre     The RICHARD’S PIPIT at 10:25am, it flew in from the S and landed in tractor tracks just past the bramble bush at SO7205708781. (Paul Rich). Tidenham     A WATER PIPIT still at Sturch Pill, Pillhouse Rocks at ST5673795025. (Paul Rich).

WWT Slimbridge     The WHITE-RUMPED SANDPIPER still on South Lake. Also an adult SPOONBILL around the grounds today. The first-winter drake SCAUP still on the Rushy. (Slimbridge Sightings).

Saul Warth     40+ Avocets and 20+ Shelducks today. (Mike Davis).

Cheltenham     Eight Redwings foraging through a flower bed at the College Road end of Sandford Park. (Howard Taylor). At 9:30am two Ravens flew over Benhall in the direction of Cheltenham. At 11am probably the same two Ravens flew over the Promenade. (David Norman). Also two Ravens, maybe the same again, over High Street/Pittville Street at lunchtime today. (Howard Taylor).

Witcombe Reservoirs    WeBS count today birds included three Mute Swans, 13 Canada Geese, 19 Greylags, a Teal, 89 Mallards, 13 Tufted Ducks, seven Cormorants including a sinensis in breeding plumage, seven Moorhens, 24 Coots, three Little Grebes, five Great Crested Grebes, 31 Black-headed Gulls, two Common Gulls, six Lesser Black-backed Gulls, eight Herring Gulls and two Buzzards displaying. Coombe Hill Meadows     This evening four Mute Swans, 20 Canada Geese, eight Shelducks, 470 Wigeon, nine Gadwalls, 50+ Teal, ten Mallards, nine Pintails, 16+ Shovelers, a Buzzard, ten Coots, an Oystercatcher, a Lapwing, a Curlew came in to roost, at least 85 Herring Gulls and Lesser Black-backed Gulls arrived in small groups, two Pied Wagtails and 14 Carrion Crows.
