Twyning     An ICELAND GULL on the Great Hay Meadow early afternoon (for the 2nd day) ⁦then drifted N. Also two Mediterranean Gulls, an adult and a second summer. (Francis Peplow).

Frampton pools     A FIRECREST at 7:45am at the E end of the Sailing Lake moving towards the Gravel Wash. Also 35 Chiffchaffs, 11 Sand Martins, eight Fieldfares, two Blackcaps, ten Siskins, 110 Barnacle Geese, the Ross’s Goose, two Oystercatchers, five Cetti’s Warblers, two Reed Buntings and two Ravens. WWT Slimbridge     A SWALLOW at lunchtime over the Otter enclosure. Three Mediterranean Gulls, two breeding plumage adults and a 3rd calendar year, on South Lake this morning. A SPOONBILL flew around the grounds today. (Roberta Goodall).

Chavenage Lane     A SWALLOW flew W at 1:55pm, 120+ Fieldfares, a Sparrowhawk and a Red Kite. (Terry Grant).

Lydney New Grounds     This afternoon two Wheatears, a Kestrel, seven Skylarks, two Meadow Pipits, 40+ Curlews, a Shelduck, four Wigeon, two Mallards, two Canada Geese and a Grey Heron. (Wendy Kennison).

Chedworth     On the Airfield five Wheatears today, four males and a female. (Duncan Dine).

Aylburton     In Stockwell Lane a Moorhen, 20 Fieldfares and 30+ Redwings. In Sandford Road a singing Chiffchaff. (Wendy Kennison).

Forest of Dean    Two Goshawks displaying viewed from New Fancy View at 9:30 this morning. (Dave Hughes). Five Buzzards circling very high above Mitcheldean early afternoon. (Chris Keeling).

Awre    A fall of c20 Chiffchaffs today. (Dave Hughes).

Cheltenham     At Sandford Park a Peregrine over the Bath Road end at lunchtime. In Pittville Park and on the Honeybourne Line today a Grey Heron, a Goldcrest, a Treecreeper, a Great Crested Grebe, a Great Spotted Woodpecker, a Goldfinch, two Collared Doves, three Moorhens and two Grey Wagtails by the River Chelt. (Howard Taylor). In Eldorado Road today a Raven, a Great Spotted Woodpecker and a singing Blackcap. At the nature reserve in Griffiths Avenue a singing Nuthatch, a Red Admiral and a Small Tortoiseshell butterfly. Elmore     At the Elmore Court Rewilding Project from the public footpath along Broadmeadow Bank Ditch birds late afternoon included two Green Sandpipers, 12 Mallards, three Teal, five Grey Herons, five Chiffchaffs, six Skylarks, four Meadow Pipits, three Greenfinches, 25 Fieldfares, ten Redwings, two Great Spotted Woodpeckers, a Green Woodpecker, a Kestrel, a Sparrowhawk and two Jays. Leckhampton Hill     c150 Golden Plovers and a Yellowhammer this morning. (Eric Harris).

Stroud    Along the River Frome at lunchtime today a Dipper, a pair of Mandarins, two Grey Wagtails, a Grey Heron and a Red Kite over low. (Sam Walker).

Gloucester     Six Goldfinches over Wotton Pitch this afternoon. (Howard Taylor).
