Frampton Four Cattle Egrets flew N at Fretherne Bridge at 6:15am. Along the canal and on the flashes an adult KITTIWAKE briefly with 500+ Black-headed Gulls, a Great White Egret, five Bar-tailed Godwits, seven Redshanks, 80+ Curlews, a male Pintail, 18 Gadwalls, five Shovelers, 25+ Fieldfares, a Redwing, ten Chiffchaffs, a Cetti’s Warbler, five Sand Martins and a Kingfisher. Around the pools 100+Sand Martins, 101 Tufted Ducks, a juvenile male Goldeneye, two Teal, four Grey Herons, 108 Pied Wagtails and the Ross’s Goose has taken up residence on Court Lake middle island.
