WWT Slimbridge     The GREEN-WINGED TEAL on the Tack Piece this morning. A Sedge Warbler singing from  the reedbed opposite Knott hide. 853 Black-tailed Godwits and 77 Avocets on South Lake. (Slimbridge Sightings). A Snow Goose from Martin Smith hide. (Roger Wasley).

Tewkesbury NR      This afternoon a pair of Mute Swans, a Little Egret, ten Mallards, two Moorhens and two Chiffchaffs. (Helen Bojaniwska).

Cleeve Hill     This morning a Wheatear, eight Yellowhammers, four Stonechats, six Red Kites and lots of Skylarks and Meadow Pipits. (Steve Pullen).

Cheltenham    This afternoon a Grey Heron on the little island on the pump room side of Pittville lake. (David Norman). A Pipistrelle this evening at Pittville Lawn. (Howard Taylor).

Winchcombe     Around Hayles Fruit Farm area and the camp site two Ravens, 11 Canada Geese, seven Greylags, seven Mallards, two Moorhens, a Red-legged Partridge, two Swallows, six Goldfinches, a Greenfinch, six Chiffchaffs, seven Fieldfares, two Song Thrushes, three Nuthatches, a Red Kite, four Buzzards, two Skylarks, two Green Woodpeckers, two Brimstones and a Common Lizard basking on a dead log. Minsterworth Ham     600+ Common Gulls on the barley field, also four Mallards, a Buzzard, two Lapwings, at least four Curlews, 200 Black-headed Gulls, 50 Lesser Black-backed Gulls, at least five singing Skylarks, 5+ Chiffchaffs and a Raven over high. (Mike Smart).
