Frampton/Saul Warth      At high tide this morning an OSPREY through N over Fretherne, ten Bar-tailed Godwits, four Avocets, 30 Dunlins, six Oystercatchers, 85 Curlews, a Little Egret, a Raven, a Swallow, two Willow Warblers, two Sand Martins. (Gordon Hodgson/MK/Mark Hobson). Also a Little Ringed Plover flew N. (Gordon Hodgson). A male Yellow Wagtail on Court Field this morning. (Nick Goatman).

Maisemore    A pair of GARGANEYS at the River Leadon flood near Maisemore today. (Andy Jayne).

Cleeve Hill     This morning two Wheatears, plenty of Chiffchaffs and Willow Warblers and two Tree Pipits. At Prestbury Hill Nature Reserve at 12.:30pm a singing Redstart. (Frances & Adrian Buckel). A male Redstart briefly in a beech copse, several Willow Warblers, a Tree Pipit, a male Peregrine, a WHIMBREL very high flew steadily S down the Severn Vale at 1:15pm and four Golden Plovers flew high N at 2:05pm. Also a Slow Worm and the localised carrion beetle (Thanatophilus sinuatus) with few VC records. (Paul Whitehead).

Coombe Hill Meadows    15 Shoveler, three Shelducks, 18 Wigeon, 36 Tufted Ducks, five Gadwalls, six Teal, a Red Crested Pochard, two Grey Herons, a Little Egret, two Oystercatchers, five Redshanks, a Curlew, c30 Black-tailed Godwits, two Lapwings, a Red Kite and two Swallows today. Stinchcombe Hill     A singing Willow Warbler, a female Brambling, Chiffchaffs back on usual territories and Marsh Tits singing. (James Robinson).

Cheltenham     From around Pittville boating lake two House Martins, a Willow Warbler, a Grey Heron, a Great Crested Grebe and a Chiffchaff. Along the Honeybourne Line three Chiffchaffs, two Collared Doves and two Jays. (Howard Taylor).

Stanley Downton     At least six singing Blackcaps, Chiffchaffs everywhere, five Buzzards, two Kestrels, a Greenfinch, a Swallow, a Great Spotted Woodpecker drumming, a Grey Heron over, Long-tailed Tits, a Goldfinch, Blue Tits and Great Tits all carrying nest material. (Paul Sutton).

Framilode      From the church this afternoon a pair of Oystercatchers flew downstream, Chiffchaffs everywhere and 12 Sand Martins over the river between Epney and Framilode. (Paul Sutton).

Minsterworth Ham     Two Canada Geese, two Little Egrets, two Grey Herons, a Peregrine, four Curlews, two Little Owls, a Blackcap, several Chiffchaffs and 49 Carrion Crows. (Mike Smart).
