WWT Slimbridge     A singing SIBERIAN CHIFFCHAFF between Estuary Tower and Stephen Kirk hide today. Also a moulting Spotted Redshank at the back of the lower pond. (Martin McGill).

Cleeve Hill     A male RING OUZEL on the eastern side of the common near two water troughs. (Greg Mabbett). Four RING OUZELS in the cleared area this morning. (Simon Ashley). A male RING OUZEL just S of the heather enclosure this afternoon. At Prestbury Hill reserve a singing Redstart and a Tree Pipit. (Ken Heron). Three RING OUZELS still this evening but very elusive SO991259. (Jon Mercer).

Forest of Dean     A CUCKOO today perched for ten minutes at Ruardean Woodside. (Dawn Snowgoose). At Nagshead two Pied Flycatchers, a male Redstart, a female Bullfinch, a Mandarin, three Great Spotted Woodpeckers and Chiffchaffs singing. (Rob Daw). At Woorgreens six Willow Warblers, three Tree Pipits, four pairs of Stonechats and five Chiffchaffs singing. (Rob Husbands).

Coombe Hill Meadows     An OSPREY flew high N at 7:15am. (Paul Rich). A drake Garganey at 7:30am. (Jeremy Holland). Two Redstarts, a drake Red Crested Pochard, six Great Crested Grebes, 100+ Black-tailed Godwits, three Redshanks, six Lapwings, two Curlews, a Little Owl, a Peregrine, a Raven and a Treecreeper. (MK).

Frampton     An OSPREY really high N over the garden at midday. (Gordon Hodgson). Three Common Cranes circling over high at 12:05pm. At 1:25pm a Red Kite circling overhead and drifting NE and a second over Saul Warth at 1:40pm and two more over Splatt Bridge at 2pm. (Tim McGrath).

Maisemore    The pair of GARGANEYS still present on the River Leadon flood near Maisemore. (Andy Jayne).

Stinchcombe Hill     This morning four Wheatears, six Meadow Pipits and a female Brambling. (James Robinson).

Gloucester     A Peregrine flew over Wotton Pitch towards the GRH tower block this morning. (Howard Taylor).:

Nailsworth     400+ Black-headed Gulls, almost all in winter plumage, flying S at 8:40am. At Barton End two male Wheatears, 17 Golden Plovers and a Red Kite. (Terry Grant).

Bourton-on-the-Water      Two Oystercatchers still at the north pits and a Cetti’s Warbler singing at the south pit. (Andy Lewis).
