Coombe Hill Meadows     A WOOD SANDPIPER, two Curlews, two Oystercatchers, five Redshanks, a Whimbrel, a Greenshank, a Ringed Plover, a Little Ringed Plover, a Reed Warbler and a Little Owl. (Ian Hull).

Forest of Dean     Early morning at Nagshead a pair of Pied Flycatchers, four Garden Warblers, a Firecrest, a Tawny Owlet, a Hawfinch, a Siskin, a drake Mandarin, two Greylags, a Treecreeper and two Ravens. On Cannop Upper pond a drake Gadwall, a drake Mandarin and two Little Grebes. In Speech House woods three male Pied Flycatchers, a Wood Warbler, a Treecreeper and a Siskin. At Crabtree Hill a Wood Warbler, a Garden Warbler and a Tree Pipit. Also a Large Red Damselfly. (Paul Masters/MK). Later at Nagshead a male Redstart. (Angela Carswell). WWT Slimbridge     On South Lake a female Red Crested Pochard, a drake Goldeneye, four Mediterranean Gulls, 95 Black-tailed Godwits, 20+ Ruff, three Common Sandpipers and 62 Avocets and a Greenshank from Hogarth hide. (Slimbridge Sightings/Mike Davis).

Tresham     Two Marsh Tits and a Raven and seven Buzzards together on the ground. (Dan Fletcher).

Longlevens    A Red Kite flew over very low at 1:20pm heading E towards Cheltenham. (Dave Stone).

Saul     A Cuckoo calling for c20 minutes intermittently between Saul Junction and Whitminster Church from 3pm. (Tanya Allen).

Longney     Around the orchards this morning two Lesser Whitethroats, five Whitethroats, five Reed Warblers and two Sedge Warblers by the river, four Buzzards, four Stock Doves and two Skylarks. (Steve Pullen).

Leckhampton     Around the meadow bordered by Kidnappers Lane, a Lesser Whitethroat, several singing Blackcaps and two females seen, two Chiffchaffs, 4+ singing Greenfinches, two Ravens and a Green Woodpecker calling in the smallholdings. Also two Holly Blues, three Speckled Woods and several Orange Tip butterflies. (Steve Brown).
