Frampton pools     150+ Swifts, a Crossbill over, eight Hobbies, three Mediterranean Gulls, a Marsh Harrier, eight Common Terns, a Common Sandpiper, a male Goldeneye, four Yellow Wagtails, 100+ House Martins, 80+ Swallows, 150+ Sand Martins, four Shelducks and two Oystercatchers today. Coombe Hill Meadows     20 Mute Swans, three Little Egrets, an Oystercatcher, two Redshanks, a Cuckoo, Lesser Whitethroat, Whitethroat, Sedge Warbler, Chiffchaff and Blackcap today. (Eric Harris). Also today a Curlew, Little Egret, Ringed Plover and Little Ringed Plover and many Skylarks. (Sarah Townsend).

WWT Slimbridge     At high tide from birds included two Grey Plovers, two Turnstones, four Bar-tailed Godwits, five Sanderlings, 260 Dunlins and 97 Ringed Plovers. On South Lake five second calendar year Mediterranean Gulls and the female Red-crested Pochard in the Duck Decoy. On the Rushy a Little Ringed Plover and a drake Pochard early morning. (Martin McGill). From Knott hide, a Little Grebe with two chicks, Reed Warblers, Sedge Warblers, two Reed Buntings, Willow Warbler and Blackcap. Two singing Cetti’s Warblers along the South Finger. Shepherds Patch to Purton     Along the canal this morning 5+ Gadwalls, two pairs of Tufted Ducks, Sedge Warblers, a Common Crane, a pair of Oystercatchers, Blackcaps and a Cuckoo calling. (Mike Davis).

Saul Warth      Early morning two Bar-tailed Godwits, two Grey Plovers, 200+ each of Dunlins and Ringed Plovers, an Oystercatcher and a Curlew. Two Lesser Whitethroats along the canal. (MK).

Cleeve Hill     A Cuckoo today. (Mark Dowie).

Forest of Dean     A Woodcock over the garden in Cinderford at 8:55pm. (Owen Follis). Two pairs of Pied Flycatchers and a pair of Redstarts today. (Geoff Fawcett). At Clearwell/Newland on farmland in the Rookery Lane area 12 Swallows, a Swift, a Whitethroat, a pair of Yellowhammers, five Skylarks, a pair of Linnets, a Red Kite and three Fallow Deer.
