WWT Slimbridge     A BLACK-WINGED STILT today which very flighty and toured the hides for much of the day and went missing for long periods before settling down on the Hogarth hide late afternoon. Also a drake Garganey on the Rushy and a Common Sandpiper from Hogarth hide. (Martin McGill et al).

Forest of Dean     The IBERIAN CHIFFCHAFF still in Old Staple-edge Wood around SO 64929 10114 singing and showing, often high in the Beech canopy. (Dan Watson et al). Aylburton Warth/Guscar Rocks     Birds today included four Canada Geese, 16 Shelducks, two Mallards, a Grey Heron, four Oystercatchers, 18 Ringed Plovers, a Little Ringed Plover, a Dunlin, a Sanderling, 29 Curlews, two Whimbrels, six Redshanks, two Yellow Wagtails, a Meadow Pipit, a Reed Warbler and two Reed Buntings. Hartpury     A Hobby S of the main university today. (Jeremy Squire).

Bishops Cleeve     Two Hobbies and a Swallow over the garden this morning. (Dawn Ballinger).

Chedworth     A Hobby circling over the garden today. (Harvey Sherwood).
