WWT Slimbridge     The male WHITE-SPOTTED BLUETHROAT gave brief perched views at 8:48am and 9:55am and a couple of flight views, it wasn’t singing today. No further reports received today. The drake Goldeneye still in the Eider Pen, a mobile pair of Common Terns and a Pochard on South Lake. A Red Kite past Hogarth hide, a Common Sandpiper and the Common Crane chick briefly in view. Slimbridge     A Common Sandpiper on the bank of the Glos-Sharpness Canal close to Shepherd’s Patch late afternoon. (James Robinson).

Frampton    Eight Red Kites flew N over the garden in the village today. (Gordon Hodgson). Two Hobbies over Court Lake this morning. Also two Common Terns. (Paul Masters/Andy Chapman).

Brookthorpe     A Red Kite over at 9:50am. (MK).

Longlevens     A Red Kite over at 2:40pm heading N. (Dave Stone).

Taddington     At least 11 Red Kites, and at least four Buzzards following a tractor turning the soil this afternoon. (Andrew & Gill Worthington).

Coombe Hill Meadows     Two Little Ringed Plovers, four Redshanks, a male Ruff, four Oystercatchers, six Avocets, two Curlews, a Lapwing and chick, a Common Sandpiper, a juvenile Little Grebe, a drake GARGANEY, a Wigeon, three Grey Herons, three Little Egrets, two Common Gulls, a Little Owl, Lesser Whitethroat, Whitethroat, Chiffchaff, Sedge Warbler, a Pied Wagtail, a Grey Wagtail and two Yellow Wagtails today. Forest of Dean     At Nagshead a few Pied Flycatchers today, a female Mandarin and 4+ juveniles and a female Redstart. A Dipper at Lower Cannop pond and many Mandarins. (Mike Davis).

Longney Crib     Mid afternoon a Common Sandpiper, three Whitethroats, two Sedge Warblers, 70 Black-headed Gulls and 45 Lesser Black-backed Gulls. (John Fletcher).

Nailsworth     16 Swifts and four House Martins over the town this evening. (Jake King).
