Saul Warth     Early morning at low tide six Little Egrets, three Grey Herons, 57 Greylags and five Canada Geese flew N, 110+ Shelducks, 94+ Curlews, an Avocet, a Common Sandpiper, a Marsh Harrier flew N at 6:30am, two Little Owls, a Green Woodpecker, usually only heard, 40+ Goldfinches, five Linnets, six Chiffchaffs and a male Blackcap. (MK). At high tide today a Cattle Egret amongst the cattle on the mud shelf. (Nigel Young).

WWT Slimbridge     Six Curlew Sandpipers, a Little Stint, three Sanderlings, two SPOONBILLS, two Great White Egrets, a Hobby, a WOOD SANDPIPER and three Green Sandpipers from Zeiss hide. Five Spotted Redshanks moving between the Rushy and the Tack Piece. Three Garganeys on the Rushy lower pond with 87 Teal. A Wheatear and a Redstart on the Tack Piece fence. Coombe Hill Meadows     This morning two Little Egrets, four Grey Herons, seven Mute Swan new arrivals, a Teal, a Little Grebe, a Water Rail, two Reed Buntings and three Blackcaps. (Paul Clark).

Epney     A male Wheatear by Castle Lane at 6am and at 9am eight Swallows on wires and on the river 45 Canada Geese, three Cormorants and a Grey Wagtail. (MK).

Nailsworth     Seven Buzzards together in thermals over the Newmarket Valley. Up to five Tawny Owls calling each evening (2 females). A Barn Owl called at 8:45pm today. A male and female Sparrowhawk seen daily. (Jon Haw).
