WWT Slimbridge     Eight SPOONBILLS on site today, three from Zeiss hide and five on the Severn. Also 14 Little Egrets and the Pink-footed Goose of unknown origin from Zeiss hide. Three Cattle Egrets on the Rushy. (Slimbridge Sightings/Mark Coller/Mike Davis). This evening 68 Knot and 414 Curlews on the mudflats. (Scott Petrek/Arron Roberts).

Saul Warth     Early morning for high tide from 6:35am three Grey Herons, two Little Egrets, 19 Dunlins, five Ringed Plovers, three Common Sandpipers, 172 Curlews, a Redshank, two Knot, 40 Shelducks, five Teal, a white Buzzard, two Kestrels, 34 Swallows, three Chiffchaffs, seven Meadow Pipits and a Grey Wagtail. Westbury Strand     This morning 250+ Swallows, a Reed Warbler, a Whinchat, three Stonechats, two Wheatears, a Grey Wagtail, 100+ Meadow Pipits and three Reed Buntings. (Andy Jayne).

Walmore Common     Three Whinchats today. (Andy Jayne).

Leckhampton Hill     27 Golden Plovers in the stubble at Hartley Farm today. (Duncan Dine).

Coombe Hill Meadows     A Yellow Wagtail, a Great White Egret, 12 Snipe, ten Reed Buntings, two Garden Warblers, two Cetti’s Warblers and a Painted Lady. (Jeremy Squire).

Epney    Two Tufted Ducks flew down river this evening, a scarce bird here.  (Jeremy Squire).
