Frampton     An OSPREY caught a fish and perched to eat it at Court Lake. Also a Kingfisher and 14 Cormorants. (Paul Brunt).

Saul Warth    c120 Curlews, four Whimbrels, a Grey Heron, a Shelduck, two Skylarks and two Meadow Pipits. (Paul Brunt).

WWT Slimbridge    At Middle Point at low tide two Turnstones, two SPOONBILLS, three Bar-tailed Godwits and a Marsh Harrier. (Ian Ralphs/Paul Masters/Andy Chapman). A WOOD SANDPIPER and 12 Ruff from Zeiss hide. (Dot Jones). On South Lake 165 Black-tailed Godwits, an Avocet, eight Ruff, eight Redshanks and three Snipe. (Helen Bojaniwska).

Berkeley shore     From Severn House Farm over high tide four Turnstones, two Black-tailed Godwits, a Redshank  a Common Sandpiper and a Wheatear. (Paul Rich).

Coombe Hill Meadows     A Kingfisher on the canal and a Ruff and a Dunlin from Grundon hide. (Eric Harris). Also two Whinchats, 14 Lapwings, two Stock Doves, 60+ Goldfinches, a Little Egret, three Grey Herons and two Cormorants. (Paul Clark).

Gloucester     At Robinswood Hill this afternoon two Ravens, four Nuthatches, five Chiffchaffs, a Great Spotted Woodpecker, two Jays, a Sparrowhawk and three Buzzards. (John Fletcher).

Ashleworth Ham     A ringing session caught 62 birds including 12 Chiffchaffs, 19 Meadow Pipits, five Reed Buntings and 12 Goldfinches. On the reserve six Teal, 40 Mallards, a Grey Heron, a Red Kite, c50 Swallows moving S and four Ravens. (Mike Smart/Mervyn Greening).
