Frampton     The OSPREY on Court Lake between 2:20-3pm (Alan McIlquham) and again at 5:30pm. Also around the pools a Marsh Harrier, seven Cattle Egrets, a Great White Egret, 12 Little Egrets, two Kingfishers, a Grey Plover, a Peregrine, four Swallows, 53 Meadow Pipits, 29 Skylarks, seven Chiffchaffs, a Blackcap, eight Cetti’s Warblers, a Stonechat, a Raven, six Mistle Thrushes and the adult Yellow-legged Gull. (Nick Goatman). This morning a Great White Egret, a Kingfisher and ten Swallows flew S. (MK).

Coombe Hill Meadows     A Cattle Egret and male Ruff today. (Duncan Dine). This afternoon a Little Egret, three Grey Herons, 100+ Teal, four Shovelers, two Gadwalls, two male Wigeon, two flocks of 35+ Goldfinches and four House Martins. Still plenty of Migrant Hawkers, Common Darters and two male Southern Hawkers. (Paul Clark).

Saul Warth     At high tide two late Avocets, 54 Curlews, a Common Sandpiper, two Little Egrets, a Kestrel, a Buzzard, 38 Shelducks, five Meadow Pipits, a Chiffchaff singing, a party of ten Long-tailed Tits and a Raven. A Green Woodpecker in Saul village. (MK).

WWT Slimbridge     This morning six Snipe and four Spotted Redshanks on the Rushy, a Great White Egret on the Dumbles, three Stonechats on the fence at Middle Point and 50 Goldfinches with 10+ Linnets, also two Common Cranes from the Zeiss hide. (Steve Pullen).

Gloucester     A Cetti’s Warbler heard singing lunchtime behind Lloyde National on Bristol Road. (Mark Hobson).
